How to Protect Your Registration
If you are contacted by any company offering hotel bookings for APSAD 2025, please assume it is unauthorised unless it is explicitly listed on the official APSAD conference website.
Fraudulent travel agencies often offer “discounted” rooms, take payment, and then disappear — leaving attendees without valid reservations and forced to find last-minute accommodation at their own expense.
