The below accommodation rate can only be booked via the conference registration process.

If you wish to make an amendment to your accommodation booking or add accommodation after you have already registered for the conference, please email apsadconferenc(at)ashm.org.au with your preferred hotel and check in/check out dates.

The accommodation booking deadline is 29 September 2025. All amendments and cancellations after this deadline will need to be made directly with the hotel.

Conference Rates:

Pyrmont View Room - $310 per night (Breakfast for 1 included)

Terms and Conditions: Cancellations at 31 days or more prior to Check-In can be cancelled at no charge. The Conference Organiser must receive this in writing to apsadconference(at)ashm.org.au. At 30 days prior to arrival, guests credit card will be charged in full by Ibis and is non-refundable. If a booking is confirmed and then changed, it is treated as a cancellation. In the event of a no-show on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay. If you are settling your account with any credit card, please note that a credit card transaction fee, which is currently 1.4% of the amount charged, will apply. This fee is subject to change. Buffet Breakfast for 1 is included in the room rate.

Novotel Sydney Darling Harbour

King Bed - $375 per night
Breakfast is available for $20 per person per day.

Terms and Conditions: Cancellations at 31 days or more prior to Check-In can be cancelled at no charge. The Conference Organiser must receive this in writing to apsadconference(at)ashm.org.au. At 30 days or less prior to Check-In any cancellation will be charged the equivalent of 100% stay. In the event of a 'No Show' on day of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to the nights of the stay. All room charges must be settled on arrival. Any extra charges will be settled by departure. A credit card is required upon arrival for pre authorisation to cover any incidental charges during the stay. Breakfast is available for $20.00 per person per day.

Conference Rates:

Superior King Room - $365 per night (Breakfast for 1 included)

Terms and Conditions: 31 days prior to check-in, a cancellation can be made without penalty. This cancellation must be provided in writing to apsadconference(at)ashm.org.au. At 30 days prior to check-in the hotel will charge a full pre-payment to the guests credit card. The deposit will be to the value of the total room rate payable, plus AUD50 per night (credit card) and AUD100 per night (cash). If the accommodation has been pre-paid the deposit will be to the value of the above per night. After settlement of your bill, any remaining funds will be returned between 5-10 working days depending on the guest credit card and individual bank policy. Failure of pre-payment may result in cancellation of stay. Within 30 days of check-in, a cancellations will be charged 100% of their stay. If a booking is confirmed and then changes dates it is treated as a cancellation. An additional charge applies for a 3rd person and the maximum occupancy for any room is 3 people. Breakfast for 1 is included in the room rate.

Guest Room Queen - $355 per night
Breakfast is available for $25 per person per day.

Terms and Conditions: Cancellations at 31 days or more prior to Check-In can be cancelled at no charge. The Conference Organiser must receive this in writing to apsadconference(at)ashm.org.au. At 30 days prior to check-in, one night deposit will be charged to the guests credit card. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to Check-In will be charged the equivalent of 100% stay. No shows are subject to entire accommodation charge. Surcharge applies for all credit card payment made for both individual and group bookings. 1.2% for Visa, Master Cards, UnionPay and American Express and 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards. Breakfast is available for $25.00 per person per day
