The below accommodation rates can only be booked via the conference registration process. If you wish to make an amendment to your accommodation booking or if you wish to add accommodation after you have already registered for the conference. Please email  with your preferred hotel and check in/check out dates.

The accommodation booking deadline is Wednesday 18 September 2024.
All amendments and cancellations after this deadline will need to be made directly with the hotel.

A by Adina Canberra is located right by the renowned Parliamentary Triangle, overlooking Lake Burley Griffin. Positioned amid a vibrant array of noteworthy landmarks, it is situated in close proximity to the well-named Constitution Place, making it an ideal spot to explore.

Conference Rate: Studio Room - $295 per night

Terms and Conditions: One night deposit will be charged to the guests credit card on 28 September.
30 days 21 days prior to arrival - Partial or entire cancellations of individual bookings are subject to 100% of the one night’s accommodation charge for each room cancelled. 20 days or less prior to arrival - Partial or entire cancellations of individual bookings are subject to entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.  No Shows are subject to entire accommodation charge. Accommodation total to be paid on arrival.  Surcharge applies for all credit card payments. 1.2% for Visa, Master Cards, UnionPay and American Express and 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards.

Terms and Conditions:
All guests will be required to supply a credit card or a $250.00 cash bond upon check-in to secure any incidentals that may be incurred during their stay. 30 to 15 Days – All cancelations will be charged penalty of first nights’ accommodation. 14 days or less: Total charges for entire stay will be charged as a cancellation penalty. All No Show / early departures will be subject to full cost of stay. All credit card transactions will incur a 1.4% surcharge which includes GST  

Sebel Canberra Civic

In the heart of Civic CBD, The Sebel Canberra offers prime access to business, retail, and entertainment districts. Conference Rate: Superior Queen Room - $230 per night 

Terms and Conditions: On arrival – 100% of the total accommodation costs are required to be paid by the guest directly to the hotel. The credit card provided upon booking will be used as a guarantee to be charged if there is a cancellation within the penalty period or if a reservation is a no show. All cancellations are required in writing. Within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the booking cost will be charged. Credit card payments - when settling accounts via credit card a merchant services fee is incurred. Diners and JCB will attract a 3% surcharge all other cards will be at a 1.5% surcharge.
